  • ✅ Payment of Exam Fee: ₱600.00

If You’re a Degree Holder (Engineering or Architecture):

  • ✅ TOR with Special Order (SO) Number
  • Applicable Degrees:

If You’re a Registered Professional:

  • ✅ Valid PRC ID (Photocopy)

If You’re a Non-Degree Holder:

    • Attach photocopy of the Master Plumber’s valid PRC ID
  • ✅ Certificate of Employment or Service Record
