🧾 Step-by-Step MPLE Registration Process

Step 1: Create a PRC LERIS Account

Before anything else, you need to register through the PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

Step 2: Apply for the Master Plumber Exam Online

Once logged in:

  • Choose “Master Plumber” as your profession.
  • Schedule your appointment at your preferred PRC office.
  • Pay the ₱600.00 exam fee through available payment options.

Step 3: Prepare and Print Your Application Form

After payment, print your Application Form from your PRC LERIS account. You’ll need to bring this along with your complete set of documentary requirements to your appointment.

📑 Documents to Submit (Bring on Your PRC Appointment)

All Applicants Must Prepare:

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (if married female)
  • TOR with scanned photo and the remark “For Board Examination Purposes”
  • 3 copies of passport-size photos (white background, name tag)
  • Documentary Stamp
  • Printed Application Form from PRC LERIS

Additional Based on Background:

For Degree Holders:

  • TOR with Special Order (SO) Number
  • Accepted Degrees: BS Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Sanitary Engineering

For Registered Professionals:

  • Photocopy of valid PRC ID
  • Must be licensed in one of the above professions

For Non-Degree Holders:

  • High School Diploma or TOR
  • Notarized Certificate of Experience (5 years), signed by a Registered Master Plumber
    • Must include PRC ID copy of the certifying Master Plumber
  • Certificate of Employment or Service Record
  • FTB Form (for vocational, high school, or non-related college courses)

On your scheduled appointment:

  • Go to the selected PRC office
  • Submit all required documents
  • Wait for processing and approval

📩 Final Step: Get Your Notice of Admission (NOA)

Once approved, you’ll receive your Notice of Admission. Keep this safe—it’s your official entry pass to the MPLE.
